Pap smear and having a mammogram are the two screening tests for women that I think are vital. I am usually all for natural medicine, healthy diet and exercise, but these two screening tests I get on a yearly basis. As a non physician healthcare professional, I recommend all women get a routine mammogram and a pap smear.
