Back Pain is the most common cause of loss of workdays. Back pain can be prevented by having strong muscles that support the spine, and by having good posture. Dr. ALexander Lee, from the Spine Center at Beth Israel Med.Ctr, discusses Prevention of back pain. He tell you that you need to have good posture, with what he calls spine neutral posture. You must also exercise to strenghthen your core muscles around the spine.
