Description:

Barrettes Esophagus, a pre-cancer condition, doctors say it progresses at different levels, low grade or high grade dysphasia. A new less invasive treatment called cryotherapy may be able to cure Barrettes. It works by sliding a thin tube down the throat, inside the tube is liquid nitrogen that's sprayed on the precancerous cells on the esophagus to freeze the tissue causing it to blister and die, health tissue can grow in its place.
