Breast lift surgery or mastopexy surgery involves a lifting of the breast tissues. This is done when the overlying skin may stretch out and the breast becomes droopy with either time, age or gravity. The thing about breast lift surgery is that it does involve incisions on the breasts. I've always termed that the dirty little secret of having a breast lift. These incisions, however, can generally be made in an inconspicuous fashion.
