Involves reducing the size of your breasts via a variety of different types of incision patterns. In smaller reductions, we can typically utilize incisions that are just centered around the areola itself. More typically for larger reductions, we need to perform incisions that do compose of a vertical type of pattern, an incision that's down from the center of the areola, and sometimes even underneath the breasts or what we call the upside T or anchor incision.
