The LDL is the bad cholesterol. The HDL is the good cholesterol, and the Triglycerides is the fat in the blood. This animated video reviews the goals for these types of cholesterol. I have watched all of these cholesterol videos, I am not sure why I can't get my LDL lower. myachin 10.11 years ago I am also interested in CRP levels. Some docs say this is not important but my doc always mentions HDL, LDL and has put me on Crestor and Niaspam. I think this is a good combination to reduce my cholestorol levels. I have also lost weight and exercise daily to help as well. manyfr777 12.5 years ago
