Description:

In a study published in the annals of Internal Medicine, the supplement Chondroitin did not significantly help joint pain. Although there were no significant side effects of the supplement, it did not appear to have benefit.

I have taken chondroitin and glucosamine for two years. I do not know if it has a placebo effect or not but I know that I think that I feel so good. It is disappointing to hear that it does not really do anything. People think it will prevent arthritis so I will continue. But psychologically, it is not good for me to have a negative belef system.
