Although there were no significant side effects of the supplement, it did not appear to have benefit. I have taken chondroitin and glucosamine for two years. I do not know if it has a placebo effect or not but I know that I think that I feel so good. It is disappointing to hear that it does not really do anything. People think it will prevent arthritis so I will continue. But psychologically, it is not good for me to have a negative belef system. greenhealth 4.8 years ago
