I think that it is misleading to suggest that the symptoms listed--or any symptoms, for that matter--are early indicators of diabetes. They suggest fairly severe elevations of the blood glucose occurring rather recently. It is important for people to understand that diabetes can only be diagnosed at its early stages by blood testing.
