I have been a diabetic since childhood and watch my diet very closely. I have been showing this video to my children so that they understand why I am so concerned with diet. Thanks so much.

This will serve as a great reminder for me about my diet as a diabetic. I plan to watch this video once a week as a reminder for me as a diabetic to eat the right foods for me.
