ERCP with Sphincterotomy. ERCP evaluates the gallbladder, and ducts from the gallbladder, as well as the liver and pancreas. Gallstones can be removed during this procedure, and if there is a stricture in the opening of the gallbladder, a sphincterotomy can be performed to open this. Video courtesy of eMedTV.com
