Description:

A little boy with a mystifying eye condition finally found an answer. The early symptoms of this condition were shaking bobbing of the head fluttering of the eyes. He then had a frozen upgaze, which was finally diagnosed as paroxysmal tonic upgaze. Children usually outgrow this disease. ~ Detroit Medical Center
