Food Allergy can be very dangerous. It is important to get allergy testing if you suspect a food allergy. Allergy testing can include skin allergy testing, and blood tests. The most worrisome allergy symptoms are the ones that occur immediately after eating the food, which can include shortness of breath, sweating, and feeling like your throat is closing.
