Thanks so much for these tips. I am a new baker and trying to learn how to make my cookies low fat. Cholestorol is high in many of my family members and I know that I am not doing them a favor filling their bellies with butter and cream.

Thank you shari! With obesity rates at record highs, people have to take steps to be more healthy, and eat a lower fat diet.
