Thanks so much for the healthy tips about salads. When I used to go to the salad bar, I would add bacon, blue cheese and creams. My cardiologist suggested that I go to see a qualified dietician and now I am cognizant of the items with higher fat. So, I cut up salad nightly and it is very filling and adds a lot of fiber to my diet.
