Description:

The classic symptoms of a heart attack are chest pain or pressure in the middle of the chest, shortness of breath, nausea, diaphoreses (sweatiness), vomiting, lightheadedness. In women, the symptoms can be atypical such as back pain, weakness, fatigue or jaw pain. If someone you know has symptoms suggestive of a heart attack, call 911, and have the person chew an aspirin.
