High blood pressure is a killer and it can happen whether you are thin or fat.

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. It seemed to happen out of the blue. I am on medication called Toprol. This happended as I got older. My diet, alcohol intake etc. is under control. However, I find that this worries me greatly. My cardiologist is not as concerned as I wish he were.
