Description:

Ask VideoMD: Improving neck and back pain from computer use. The first thing you must do is make sure that you have good posture when using the computer, this includes not being too close to the screen, so you should check your eye sight. Local therapy with alternating heat and cold, as well as non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, such as motrin can help. Stretching may also help. Refractory symptoms my require a trigger injection. I get so tired from working at the computer. My job keeps me at the computer about 5 hours per day. Thanks so much for this information. I always alternate between hot and cold and sometimes I use anti inflammatory drugs.
