Description:

Lumbar Spinal Stenosis is a condition of the spine with is secondary to aging and osteoporosis. It causes compression of the spinal chord and the nerves which come from the spinal chord. The symptoms of spinal stenosis are pain and inability to walk with pain down the legs with walking.

I have a herniated disc in my neck and it seems to cause some of the same symptoms that lumbar spinal stenosis causes, but in the arms. I have been doing traction and it seems to be helping.
