This animated video reviews the possible major complications of having a pacemaker placed. Pacemakers are placed in patients that have a slow heart rate, and may have symptoms of lightheadedness, dizziness, or passing out. Complications include bleeding, infection, puncture of the lung requiring re-inlfation.
