I had a nose job many years ago and it was very painful and caused a lot of pain. I love the idea of non surgical rhinoplasty. However, it would not have lasted for all of these years.

Hi alanstD56, Just to let you know the non-surgical procedures I administer can in fact have a lasting outcome depending on the type of injectable filler being used. For a more permanent result we use artefil. Very often my clients will want to start with something less permanent to "try out" their new appearance before committing to a permanent filler.- Dr Rivkin
