I had plantar facitis for a year and a half. I tried everything from wearing Z coil shoes to chiropractic to a shot. My orthopedist finally said it would go away and it did.

I have had plantar fasciitis just like so many other people. I have had it a couple of times, it is so hard to get out of bed in the morning because of the pain in the heals. For me, the pain gets better during the day, but I frequently have to take motrin to help the pain. I know someone that got an injection in their heal for plantar fasciitis, and it helped them, bu they had alot of pain.
