Wendy Holmes, a personal trainer, introduces the concept of plyometrics for an exercise regimen.

I have been looking into plyos a lot lately and it says that kickboxers and wrestlers it would help greatly for kicks and take-downs, so starting to do plyometrics to try and get good at wrestling. By the ways thanks for posting such a nice video, it is very helpful.
