Question; My daughter has a acne spot that when it shows up, which is usually 3-4 times a year, it shows up like a boil gets very sore and it is popped by her husband to let out the nasty pus. She has gone to the ER because of it. It makes a big hole in her back(right shoulder on the back side. She wont go to Dr. so what can I tell her it might be?

My boys get acne there, do girls also get it in the same are of the upper back. I have never seen that on a girl.
