Prostate cancer affects older men, it affects men that live in the West, it is also more common in black men, and men with a family history of prostate cancer. Symptoms of advanced prostate cancer are similar to that of an enlarged prostate, such as frequency of urination, and difficulty with urination, so they are not a good guide.
