Psoriasis is due to an immune dysregulation. 10-30% of all psoriasis patients also have arthritis, with stiffness, pain, swelling, and tenderness of some joints. The skin rash usually comes before the arthritis. Other symptoms include morning stiffness, generalized fatigue, reduced range of motion, swollen fingers, a red painful eye, and nail changes.
