Raynaud's disease or phenomenon is a disease that causes decreased blood flow to the arms or legs from constriction of the blood vessels. It is usually causes by exposure to cold. The best way to treat Raynaud's Disease is to avoid cold exposure, and rapid changes in temperature. There are also some medications available for refractory cases of Raynaud's Disease.
