Heat attack symptoms can include chest pain (angina), cold sweats, discomfort in the arms, back, neck, stomach or jaw, vomiting and lightheadedness. For some people these symptoms do not occur. The chest pain that occurs during a heart attack is usually a chest pressure described as an elephant sitting on the chest. I have never had a more simpler and easier to understand presentation regarding heart attacks, the symptoms and the various treatments available. This is an excellent video! I know that I can control stress to reduce angina. I went to the emergency room several times and I do not feel embarrassed because I know that MI is in the back of my mind. alanstD56 12.6 years ago
