Rhinoplasty surgery or surgery of the nose involves either reshaping or restructuring or even just the fine refinements of the nose area. This may include the nasal septum as well. I perform Rhinoplasty surgery through what we call an open approach which allows me to get extraordinarily precise, because Rhinoplasty surgery is really all about millimeters.
