The heavier we become the more at risk we are for developing other health problems including high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes. A new study shows those who are severely obese with a BMI or body mass index over 35 can successfully lose weight, belly and liver fat and also lower their blood pressure by cutting calories and increasing regular exercise.
