Obesity is a prevalent part of American society. The heavier we become the more at risk we are for developing other health problems including high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes. A new study shows those who are severely obese with a BMI or body mass index over 35 can successfully lose weight, belly and liver fat and also lower their blood pressure by cutting calories and increasing regular exercise. Catherine Dolf has more in this week's JAMA Report.
