Description:

Alzheimer's Disease in it's early stages can be subtle. Dr. Stephen Silberstein, a neurologist at Thomas Jefferson Univ. Hospital, discusses the findings in the early stages of alzheimer's disease. Early findings include confusion, disorientation, apathy, and poor judgment. As the disease progresses it will be more difficult for the person to live independently.

I suggest that everyone just pay attention to what they are doing. Say to yourself, "What am I doing? What am I supposed to be doing."? Alzheimers is not a joke and is a serious neurological disorder.

I starting having episodes when I forget what a went into a room for, or lost something on the tip of my tongue, could this be early signs of alzheimer's disease. I hope not, I am only in my forties, but I am starting to get worried about alzheimer's.
