Description:

Symptoms of stomach cancer include unexplained weight loss, anorexia, dysphagia- or difficulty swallowing, and anemia. It is diagnosed with and EGD or upper endoscopy, to look at the cancer, and possibly biopsy. Treatment options include surgery and chemotherapy.

I just found out that a friend died yesterday after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. She never had any pain and did not suffer at all. She died after only three months. It makes me wonder about our food system. Should people have routine endoscopes? She did not have surgery or chemotherapy. I find it very disturbing.
