Dr. Magee, these are all great videos. I am going to check out the linked website. As I posted on another video, I am a healthcare worker and have been living a healthy lifestyle for the past few years. he most difficult thing for me to change in this new lifestyle was to give up coffee, very difficult!!!!!!!!!!! But worth it in the end.
