Vaccines for 2009 H1N1 influenza. This video from the FDA reviews the vaccines available, as well as who should get the vaccine. The side effects from the vaccine given by injection are similar to the seasonal flu vaccine and include soreness at the injection site, fatigue, mild fever and body aches. For the nasal spray side effects are runny nose or nasal congestion, sore throat, and fever.
