Vasectomy is the surgical procedure to achieve male sterility. Vasectomy has a low complication rate, but patients need to rest for atleast a few days after a vasectomy.

I had a vasectomy a few years ago and had no problems. But it is important to take it easy after the vasectomy. I friend of mine had a vasectomy and didn't rest affterwards, and his B--ls blew up like grapefruits.
