Sometimes the only food that can go down is ice cream or something soft so the healthy diet goes by the wayside. I am thinking of having my lap band removed since I vomit so much. I am very against the gastric bypass. My doctor operated even though I only had 70 pounds to lose. I would not do weight loss surgery again.
