I have had fibromyalgia for 20+ years. Although there is no cure there are a lot of treatments that can help substantially. I used to not hardly be able to get out of bed, but now I can dance, work and play as long as I don't overdue it or over extend myself. The main supplement that moved me to cane and wheelchair bound is MSM-Methylsulfonylmethane. It is a sulfur derivative. No, I'm not a distributor, I am just letting you know what worked for me and a lot of others. I take 3,000mg's in the morning and 3,000mg's at night. Capsule or powdered form only - not in a hard tablet because the absorbtion rate is poor. I did research on this for years and Doctors just don't know how it feels and that doesn't help.

Im 32 years old and been to a dozen doctors...One doctor says I have the same thing and then I have others that say their not sure what I have...They have me on medication...Alot of them, which with your story makes me think it is this diease...God bless you and all...pray there will be a cure.......
