Heart healthy cooking is the most important thing that people can do to live a long healthy life. Dishes from the American Heart Association must be heart healthy. I am going to try this one.

I am making this dish again today. It satisfies my guests and everyone asked for the recipe last time that I made it. Come on, Chef Petey, please give me more ideas. Dr. Heller, you are doing an awesome job educating the public.
