My niece needs to have a tonsillectomy and she is very tiny. The ENT that she went to never mentioned coblation. This was a fascinating video. You are doing a great job videomd. The sounds remind me of a dentist's office. It looks as if the risk of bleeding is less with this coblation. JoeS235761 13.7 years ago My son had a tonsillectomy about 2 years ago, he did well from that surgery, but he did have some pain post-op. Is a coblation tonsillectomy safer that a traditional tonsillectomy as far as risk of bleeding. My niece probably needs her tonsils removed. Should we look for a doctor that performs the tonsillectomy with coblation? Is there less pain post-op? docdrh 13.7 years ago
