Testing for food allergy: Dr. James Lee, PhD, a medical researcher from the Mayo Clinic, discusses a new test being performed at the Mayo Clinic to make diagnosis of food allergies easier. Common symptoms such as nausea, heart burn, stomach pain or trouble swallowing can occasionally be from food allergy. Eosinophilic esophagitis is an specific food allergy that can cause these symptoms.
