Dr. James Bonner from the Univ. of Alabama at Birmingham, discusses treating allergies. Allergic rhinitis can cause poor sleeping, fatigue, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and coughing, poor concentration in the spring and summer. Allergy shots can be helpful in treating patients with symptoms not improved with simple antihistamines.
